While we understand there are times when unexpected circumstances arise and changes need to be made, we will continue to do our best to accommodate by rescheduling. However, after REPEATED last minute cancellations and no shows, we will require full payment for the service at the time of booking by charging your credit card. This payment is NON-REFUNDABLE if the appointment is not kept.
